What we store
We store the vehicle and request details needed to create and deliver your report. This includes the selected vehicle, vehicle references, year, mileage, registered country, transmission, fuel type and any notes you choose to provide.
We also store payment and order records linked to your request. This includes payment status, report status, Stripe customer and payment references, billing and tax fields returned during checkout, and the finished report content itself.

How we use your data
We use your email address to send or make available your purchased report and to communicate about your order, invoice or payment status.
We use name, billing and tax details returned during checkout for invoicing, tax handling, compliance and support.
We use the stored vehicle and request information to create the report you paid for and to keep an internal record of what was ordered and delivered.
We also use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are used, which countries and devices visitors come from, where traffic comes from, and where people drop off in the report flow so we can improve the product.
Service providers
We only share data with service providers where needed to deliver the service and process payment. Stripe is used for payment, billing and related compliance data. Umami is used as our privacy-focused analytics platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Analytics boundaries
Our analytics setup is configured to avoid storing personal identifiers, payment identifiers or free-text content from your notes field. It is used for aggregated product and conversion insights, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Retention and support
We keep request, payment and report records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, handle billing and resolve support issues. If you need help or want to ask about your data, contact info@codaric.nl.
